                                            Grilled Chicken Rice Bowl



Ingredients:

🥬 Lettuce leaves

🍚 Cooked brown or white rice

🥒 Sliced cucumbers

🍗 Grilled chicken breast

🌿 Optional: chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions:

Prepare the chicken:

Marinate chicken breast with soy sauce, honey, garlic, and black pepper for 30 minutes.

Grill or pan-fry until golden brown and fully cooked. Slice into strips.

Assemble the bowl:

Add a bed of 🥬 lettuce to one side of the bowl.

Place 🍚 cooked rice next to the lettuce.

Add 🥒 cucumber slices on the other side.

Top and serve:

Place the sliced 🍗 chicken on the rice.

Garnish with 🌿 parsley if desired.
