Creamy Ranch Chicken Recipe
Tender chicken breasts smothered in a rich and flavorful creamy ranch sauce
Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
3. Add chicken breasts to the skillet and cook until browned on both sides, about 5-6 minutes per side.
4. Sprinkle ranch seasoning mix over the chicken breasts.
5. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
6. Reduce heat to low and let chicken cook in the broth for about 10 minutes.
7. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, stirring until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
8. Continue to cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce has thickened.
9. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
