Chicken Salad Bowl
Colourful, crunchy, and full of flavour! This Chicken Salad Bowl is loaded with juicy air fried chicken, crispy roasted chickpeas, and a fresh salad for satisfying meal. Perfect for lunch or dinner.
In the bowl:
1 chicken breast, marinated in 1tbsp olive oil, salt, paprika, mixed herbs and garlic powder. Airfried at 200 degrees c for 15 minutes.

Lettuce, chopped
Tomatoes, chopped
Feta
Pickled red onion
1/2 avocado, sliced
Green olives
Fresh dill
Extra virgin olive oil & lemon juice
