        Wagyu Beef Tataki with Yuzu Ponzu & Pickled Radish 


📌 Ingredients (Serves 2):
🥩 200g Wagyu beef (A5 grade preferred)
🍋 2 tbsp yuzu ponzu
🥒 1 small daikon radish, thinly sliced
🧂 Sea salt & cracked black pepper
🔥 1 tbsp sesame oil
🌿 Microgreens for garnish

👨‍🍳 Instructions:
1️⃣ Sear the Wagyu: Lightly season the Wagyu with salt & pepper. Heat a cast iron pan to high heat, add sesame oil, and sear the beef for 20-30 seconds per side until caramelized. Rest before slicing.
2️⃣ Prepare the Pickled Radish: Soak thin radish slices in yuzu ponzu for at least 15 minutes for a tangy contrast.
3️⃣ Plating: Thinly slice the Wagyu and arrange it elegantly on a plate. Drizzle yuzu ponzu over the top and finish with pickled radish, microgreens, and a touch of sesame seeds.
