Butter Garlic Chicken Recipe
Butter Garlic Chicken is a flavorful dish that’s both simple and satisfying. To make it, start by marinating 500g of boneless chicken in lemon juice, salt, pepper, and a little chili powder for 15 minutes.
In a pan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter and sauté 6-8 minced garlic cloves until fragrant. Add the marinated chicken and cook on medium heat until golden and fully cooked, about 10-12 minutes.
For extra richness, add another tablespoon of butter and a splash of cream or milk. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley or coriander and a squeeze of lemon juice. Serve hot with rice, naan, or pasta for a complete meal.
