Cheese Potato Bread baked in frying pan | No Oven, No yeast, No egg

                                                 Cheese Potato Bread

Make soft and cheesy potato bread right in your frying pan with no oven, no yeast, and no egg! Start by boiling 2 medium potatoes until tender.

Mash them and mix with 1 cup all-purpose flour, 1/2 tsp baking powder, salt to taste, 1 tbsp oil, and a little water to form a soft dough. Divide the dough into equal parts and flatten each portion.

Add grated cheese in the center, fold the dough over, and seal the edges to make a stuffed ball. Gently flatten into a thick disc. Heat a non-stick pan over low-medium heat. Place the bread and cook on both sides with a little oil until golden brown and crisp, around 4–5 minutes per side.

This quick and easy cheese potato bread is soft inside, crispy outside, and perfect for a snack or breakfast. Serve hot with ketchup or chutney for a delightful treat!
