Chicken Gravy Recipe
Making restaurant-style chicken gravy at home is quick and satisfying. Start by marinating 500g of chicken with ginger-garlic paste, salt, turmeric, and chili powder.
Let it rest for 30 minutes. In a pan, heat oil and sauté chopped onions until golden. Add green chilies, tomatoes, and cook until soft. Blend the mixture for a smooth base or keep it chunky for texture.
Return the paste to the pan, add the marinated chicken, and cook on medium heat. Sprinkle garam masala, coriander powder, and a bit of cumin. Stir well and cook until chicken is browned. Pour in water or chicken broth, cover, and simmer for 20–25 minutes until the chicken is tender and the gravy thickens.
