Dried fish mix brinjal fry is a savory South Asian dish combining bold flavors and hearty textures. To prepare, soak ½ cup of dried fish in warm water for 15 minutes, then rinse and sauté until crisp. 

In a pan, heat 2 tablespoons of oil, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, and 2 chopped onions. Once golden, add 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute.
