Craving a quick, delicious chicken dish? Try this simple & tasty chicken fry! Start by marinating 500g of boneless chicken pieces with 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp garam masala, 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste, salt, and 2 tbsp yogurt. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan, add curry leaves, and let them sizzle. Add the marinated chicken and cook on medium heat until it turns golden brown and cooked through, around 15-20 minutes. Stir occasionally to avoid burning.
For extra flavor, toss in sliced green chilies and onions toward the end and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves and a squeeze of lemon juice.
