🥣 Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 1 ripe banana (natural sweetness)

  • 1 egg

  • ½ cup milk (dairy or plant-based)

  • ½ tsp baking powder

  • ½ tsp cinnamon (optional)

  • A pinch of salt

  • A few drops of vanilla extract (optional)

🍳 Instructions:

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy.

  2. Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with a few drops of oil or butter.

  3. Pour small portions of batter onto the pan and cook 1–2 minutes on each side, until golden brown.

  4. Serve warm with fresh fruits, a drizzle of honey, or yogurt on top.

💡 Tips:

  • For extra flavor, add chopped nuts or blueberries to the batter.

  • Make it vegan by replacing the egg with a flax egg (1 tbsp ground flax + 3 tbsp water).
