Healthy oat pancakes
🥣 Ingredients:

1 cup rolled oats

1 ripe banana (natural sweetness)

1 egg

½ cup milk (dairy or plant-based)

½ tsp baking powder

½ tsp cinnamon (optional)

A pinch of salt

A few drops of vanilla extract (optional)
🍳 Instructions:

Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy.

Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with a few drops of oil or butter.

Pour small portions of batter onto the pan and cook 1–2 minutes on each side, until golden brown.

Serve warm with fresh fruits, a drizzle of honey, or yogurt on top.
💡 Tips:

For extra flavor, add chopped nuts or blueberries to the batter.

Make it vegan by replacing the egg with a flax egg (1 tbsp ground flax + 3 tbsp water).
