                             Chickpea Soup 

Quick and budget-friendly chickpea soup with vegetables — filling, easy, and healthy. I make it in 15 minutes; perfect for weekdays, lunch or dinner.

 Ingredients: 

300g/10.5oz chickpeas, 300g/10.5oz broccoli, 1 onion, 1 carrot, 1 yellow bell pepper, 1 red bell pepper, 1 celery stalk, 1 clove garlic, 1.2 l vegetable broth or water, 2 tbsp olive oil, 100ml cream, 1 tsp smoked paprika (or regular), 1 tsp Provencal herbs, salt and pepper to taste, 20g/0.7oz sesame seeds, 20g/0.7oz flax seeds, fresh parsley and dill for serving. Time: 15 mins. Servings: 4–5.
