Perfect Sandwich
Today I'm sharing an incredibly delicious recipe for crispy chicken sandwiches with dynamite sauce, all in a soft homemade bun 😍
An explosion of flavors, perfect for a family meal, a buffet, or even to impress your guests 🔥
🥖 Homemade soft bread
1 glass of lukewarm milk (100 ml)
1 glass of lukewarm water (100 ml)
1 glass of oil (100 ml)
1 egg (white in the batter, yolk for glazing)
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 tablespoon of dried baker's yeast
1 teaspoon of salt
Approximately 350 to 400 g of flour
🌶️ Dynamite sauce
4 tablespoons of mayonnaise
2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
1 tbsp sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
1 tsp of ketchup
1 teaspoon of honey
1 tsp lemon juice
1 pinch of garlic powder
1 pinch of smoked paprika (optional)
🍗 Crispy Chicken
500g chicken fillet
Salt, pepper
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp ginger
1 tsp garlic
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 egg
2 teaspoons of cornstarch
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
➡️ Flour + cornstarch to coat the chicken
