This creamy fresh salad is all about balance — crisp vegetables, warm chickpeas, and a smooth herb dressing that brings everything together. It’s light yet satisfying, simple but full of flavor, and perfect for any season when you want something clean, fresh, and comforting at the same time.

🥗 Ingredients :
🥬Lettuce: 100 g, chopped
🥒Cucumber: 1 medium, cut into large cubes
🍅Cherry tomatoes: 7–8, halved or quartered
🧅White onion: 1 small, finely chopped
🫛Cooked chickpeas: 1 cup

Creamy dressing :
Yogurt: 3 tablespoons
Cheese: a small piece
Fresh dill: 1 handful
🍋Lemon juice: to taste
🫒Olive oil: to taste
Salt: to taste
Black pepper: to taste

🔪Instructions :
Chop 100 g of lettuce and place it in a large salad bowl.
Cut 1 cucumber into large cubes and add it to the bowl.
Slice 7–8 cherry tomatoes in half or into quarters and add them in.
Finely chop 1 white onion and mix it with the vegetables.
Lightly sauté 1 cup of cooked chickpeas in a pan just until warmed through, then add them to the salad.
To prepare the dressing, combine 3 tablespoons of yogurt, a small piece of cheese, one handful of fresh dill, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until smooth and creamy.
Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss until everything is evenly coated.
Serve immediately and enjoy.
