Creamy Garlic Butter Shrimp Pasta

How to make creamy garlic butter shrimp pasta at home?
Juicy shrimp, rich creamy sauce, and plenty of garlic butter flavor in every bite.
This pasta is easy to make and incredibly delicious.

Ingredients:

200g pasta
200g shrimp
15 cherry tomatoes
6 cloves garlic
Some parsley

For the shrimp:

1/8 tsp salt
1/4 tsp paprika
Black pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Heat some oil in a pan and cook the sliced garlic until lightly golden.
2. Add the shrimp and cook until pink.
3. Remove the shrimp, leaving the garlic and oil in the pan.
4. Add the cherry tomatoes and cook until softened and juicy.
5. Pour in 2 tbsp white wine.
6. Add a small piece of butter and let it melt.
7. Pour in 150ml heavy cream and season with 1/8 tsp salt (optional). Simmer until gently bubbling.
8. Add the cooked pasta and 3 tbsp pasta water.
9. Add some grated Parmesan cheese and toss quickly until every strand is coated in the creamy sauce.
10. Add the cooked shrimp and some chopped parsley. Mix well.
11. Finish with some black pepper.
12. Serve and plate the pasta.
13. Top with a little extra black pepper and Parmesan cheese.
