 • 200 g fettuccine pasta nests
 • 200 g ground beef
 • 1 onion
 • 1 bell pepper
 • 150 g mushrooms
 • 2 garlic cloves
 • 1 bunch parsley
 • 2 cups (500 ml) vegetable stock
 • 180 g heavy cream
 • 120 g cheddar or parmesan cheese
 • Salt & black pepper, to taste
 • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
 • 1 tbsp oregano
