10-Minute Ground Beef Noodles

                        Ground Beef Noodles


How to make flavorful ground beef noodles – quick, easy, and ready in 10 minutes!

Ingredients:
 • 250g dried noodles (or spaghetti)
 • 200g ground beef (adjust to your taste)
 • 8g ginger
 • 70g green onions

Instructions:

Cook the noodles:
 1. Bring water to a boil, add 250g dried noodles, and cook for 6 minutes (2 minutes less than the package instructions).
 2. Drain the noodles and set aside.

Make the ground beef noodles:
 1. Heat some cooking oil over medium heat, add 200g ground beef, and cook until browned.
 2. Add minced ginger and green onion whites, and stir-fry until fragrant.
 3. Add 1 tsp paprika, 2 tsp soy sauce, 1 tsp oyster sauce, ¼ tsp sugar, some cracked black pepper, and some of the noodle cooking water. Simmer until the sauce thickens.
 4. Add the noodles and toss to coat evenly. If the noodles seem dry, add a bit more of the noodle cooking water. Then add the chopped green parts of the green onions and toss everything together until well combined.
 5. Serve immediately.
