📝 Ingredients:
• 250 g shell pasta (or any pasta you like)
• 250 g ground beef
• 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
• 1 sprig rosemary
• 2 mushrooms, sliced
• 150 g feta cheese (or any soft creamy cheese you prefer)
• 70 g green peas
• Olive oil
• 1½ tsp salt (for the pasta water)
• 1 tsp salt (for the beef mixture)
• Black pepper, to taste
• Reserved pasta water

🔥 Instructions:

🍝 Pasta:
1- Add 1½ tsp salt to boiling water.
2- Cook the pasta 2 minutes less than the package instructions.
3- Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
4- Drain the pasta and reserve the pasta water.

🥩 Beef & Sauce:
5- Finely chop the garlic and rosemary.
6- Heat some olive oil in a pan.
7- Add the garlic and half of the rosemary.
8- Cook over low heat until lightly golden and fragrant.
9- Add the ground beef and break it into small pieces.
10- Cook until browned.
11- Add salt and black pepper.
12- Stir well until the seasoning is evenly distributed.
13- Add the mushrooms and cook until softened.
14- Add the feta cheese and mix until smooth and creamy.
15- Stir in the green peas.
16- If needed, add a little pasta water to loosen the sauce.
17- Add the remaining rosemary.

🍝 Finish:
18- Add the pasta to the pan.
19- Toss well until everything is evenly coated.
20- Add a little more pasta water if needed.
21- Taste and adjust the seasoning.
