400 g potatoes
A pinch of salt and a little black pepper (for the potatoes)
80 g sour cream (for the topping)
2 fresh eggs
150 g mozzarella cheese
🥣 For the perfect sauce:
40 g sour cream
1/2 tbsp whole grain mustard
1 tbsp ketchup
1 pickled cucumber
