Sizzling Filet Mignon with Shrimp and Lobster Cream🥩🍤

Ingredients :

For the fillet mignon:

4 cute fillets (approximately 180-200g each)

2 c. with olive oil soup

2 c. with butter soup

Salt and pepper to taste

1 c. with fresh or dried thyme coffee

2 cloves of garlic, crushed

For the shrimp and lobster sauce:

200 g shrimp (deveined and deveined)

150 g lobster meat (cooked and cut into pieces)

2 c. with butter soup

2 cloves of garlic, minced

1/2 cup (125 ml) dry white wine (optional)

1 cup (250 ml) thick cream

1/2 cup (50 g) grated parmesan

1/2 c. with sweet paprika coffee

1/4 c. Cayenne pepper coffee (optional for a little spicy)

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh chopped parsley for garnish



Instructions:

1. Prepare the cute nets:

Season the fillets with salt, pepper and thyme.

Heat a cast iron skillet or thick bottom over medium-high heat. Add the olive oil and butter.

When the butter is foaming, sauté the fillets 3-4 minutes on each side to achieve a nice golden crust. Add the garlic cloves to the skillet to flavor.

Transfer the skillet to a preheated oven to 200°C for a baking pan (about 5-7 minutes depending on the thickness). Leave the fillets to rest while you prepare the sauce.

2. Prepare the shrimp and lobster sauce:

In the same pan (or a new pan if necessary), melt butter over medium heat.

Add minced garlic and simmer until fragrant (about 30 seconds).

Add the shrimp and cook 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque. Take them out and book them

If you're using wine, defrost the skillet by pouring the white wine, scrubbing the juices from the bottom. Let it cut by half.

Add heavy cream, parmesan, paprika and cayenne pepper. Mix well and let simmer until thickened (about 3-5 minutes).

Add lobster meat and shrimp, then adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper.



3. Assemble and serve :

Lay out the fillets on hot plates.

Generously dunk each fillet with the creamy shrimp and lobster sauce.

Top with chopped fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Suggested accompaniment:

Melt potatoes or garlic mashed potatoes

Stir fry green beans

Crust bread to dip the delicious cream
