                      Surf & Turf with Garlic Butter Sauce


A luxurious steak and shrimp combo with creamy garlic butter!

📝 Ingredients:

🔹 For the Steak & Shrimp:

2 filet mignon steaks (or ribeye)

12 large shrimp, peeled & deveined

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

🔹 For the Garlic Butter Sauce:

4 tbsp unsalted butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup heavy cream

1/4 cup beef broth

1/2 tsp Dijon mustard

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper


🍽️ Directions:

1️⃣ Prepare the Steak:

Season steaks with salt, pepper, and paprika.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear steaks for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare.


Add butter and garlic, basting the steak for 1 minute.

Remove and let rest.

Tasty Tranquility: Cooking with Calm and Care

In the same pan, add shrimp.

Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.

Cook for 2 minutes per side until golden.

Remove and set aside.


3️⃣ Make the Sauce:

In the same pan, melt butter and add garlic.

Pour in beef broth, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.

Stir in heavy cream and simmer for 3-4 minutes until thickened.


4️⃣ Assemble & Serve:

Plate the steak and shrimp, drizzling the sauce on top.


Garnish with fresh parsley.

Serve hot and enjoy!
