Chicken Starters Recipe
Spicy Garlic Chicken is a perfect starter, bursting with bold flavors. To prepare, cut boneless chicken into bite-sized pieces.
Marinate with ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, pepper, soy sauce, lemon juice, and salt. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
Coat the marinated chicken with cornflour and a little all-purpose flour. Deep-fry until crispy and golden brown.
In another pan, heat oil, sauté chopped garlic until aromatic, and add diced onions and bell peppers. Stir-fry on high flame for a few minutes.
Add red chili sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, and a pinch of sugar. Toss the fried chicken into the sauce, ensuring it's well coated. Cook for a couple more minutes to allow the flavors to blend beautifully.
