                 Butter Garlic Chicken Recipe


Butter Garlic Chicken is a mouthwatering dish that’s both rich and aromatic, perfect for dinner or special gatherings. Start by marinating 500g of boneless chicken in salt, pepper, and a tablespoon of lemon juice for 30 minutes.

 In a pan, heat 2 tablespoons of butter and 1 tablespoon of oil. Sauté 10-12 finely chopped garlic cloves until golden and fragrant. Add the marinated chicken and cook on medium heat until it turns golden brown and fully cooked.

Now, stir in 2 tablespoons of cream, a teaspoon of chili flakes, and a pinch of oregano for a creamy, flavorful twist. Let it simmer for a few minutes until the sauce thickens slightly and coats the chicken.
