Chicken and Broccoli Stir Fry
This Chicken and Broccoli Stir Fry is a fast, flavorful, and healthy meal perfect for any night. Start by slicing 500g of boneless chicken breast into thin strips.
In a bowl, marinate the chicken with 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp cornstarch, and a dash of pepper for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, blanch 2 cups of broccoli florets in boiling water for 2 minutes and set aside.
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok or large pan. Sauté 3 minced garlic cloves and 1 tsp grated ginger until fragrant. Add the marinated chicken and cook until golden.
Toss in the broccoli, then stir in a sauce made of 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tsp sesame oil, and 1 tsp sugar. Cook for another 2–3 minutes until everything is coated well.
Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles for a complete meal.
