For a quick and delicious chicken fry, start by marinating 500g of chicken pieces with 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp red chili powder, 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste, salt, and a squeeze of lemon juice.

 Let it rest for 30 minutes for deeper flavor. Heat 2–3 tbsp of oil in a pan and add the marinated chicken. Fry on medium-high heat for 5–6 minutes until the outer layer is crisp.

 Lower the heat, cover, and cook for another 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add sliced onions, green chilies, and curry leaves for added aroma and texture. Sauté until onions are golden and chicken is fully cooked and dry.

 Garnish with fresh coriander. Serve hot with rice, paratha, or as a starter. This simple yet flavorful chicken fry is perfect for everyday meals or quick entertaining. Enjoy a crispy, spicy treat with minimal effort and ingredients!
