Sri Lankan Spicy Beef Curry is a must-try dish packed with rich, bold flavors. Begin by cutting beef into bite-sized chunks. Marinate with turmeric, chili powder, curry powder, black pepper, salt, vinegar, and a splash of lime juice. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes.

In a heavy-bottomed pan, heat oil and sauté sliced onions, garlic, ginger, green chilies, pandan leaves, curry leaves, and cinnamon sticks until golden. Add the marinated beef and cook on high heat to seal in the flavor. Mix in roasted curry powder, a touch of tamarind or tomato, and enough water to cover.
