If you’re looking for a healthy, protein-packed, and absolutely delicious snack or meal, try these crispy chickpea patties! Start by draining and rinsing 1 can of chickpeas.


 Mash them in a bowl with a fork or food processor until chunky. Add 1 finely chopped onion, 2 minced garlic cloves, chopped coriander, 1 tsp cumin, ½ tsp chili flakes, salt, pepper, and 2 tbsp flour (or breadcrumbs) to bind. Mix well.


Form the mixture into small patties and refrigerate for 15–20 minutes to firm up. Heat a pan with a little olive oil and cook the patties on medium heat until golden brown on both sides—about 3–4 minutes per side.


Serve hot with a dip like yogurt sauce, tahini, or ketchup. These patties are perfect for burgers, wraps, or as a light snack. Once you try them, you’ll want to make them again and again!
