                          Chocolate Cake

Want a delicious chocolate cake but don’t have an oven? No problem! You can easily make a soft, moist chocolate cake in a pressure cooker.

First, prepare the cake batter: whisk 1 cup flour, 1/2 cup cocoa powder, 1 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp baking soda, and a pinch of salt. In another bowl, mix 1/2 cup oil, 3/4 cup sugar, 1/2 cup milk, 1 tsp vinegar, and 1 tsp vanilla essence. Combine wet and dry ingredients to form a smooth batter.

Grease a cake tin and pour the batter in. Preheat your pressure cooker (remove the gasket and whistle) on medium heat with 1 cup of salt or a stand at the base. Place the tin inside, cover, and cook on low flame for 40–45 minutes.

Cool completely and frost as desired. Perfect for birthdays or any celebration, this cake is rich, fluffy, and incredibly easy!
