Chicken Breast
This easy chicken breast recipe is incredibly flavorful and sure to impress! Start by flattening two boneless chicken breasts for even cooking. Season both sides with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and a touch of chili flakes.
In a hot skillet, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and sear the chicken on medium-high heat for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
Once done, remove the chicken and let it rest. In the same pan, add 1 tablespoon of butter, minced garlic, and a splash of chicken broth. Let it simmer, then stir in a tablespoon of cream and grated parmesan for a quick sauce. Return the chicken to the pan and coat it well.
