Mozzarella cheese corn dogs are a fun, cheesy snack loved by all ages! To make them, start by cutting mozzarella cheese into thick sticks.


 Insert wooden skewers and freeze for 30 minutes. For the batter, mix 1 cup cornmeal, 1 cup all-purpose flour, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 egg, and ¾ cup milk to form a thick coating batter.


Heat oil in a deep pan. Dip the frozen cheese sticks into the batter, ensuring full coverage. Then roll in panko breadcrumbs for extra crunch. Fry the corn dogs in hot oil until golden brown and crisp on all sides.


Once done, drain on paper towels. Serve hot with ketchup, mustard, or spicy mayo for dipping. These gooey, crispy mozzarella corn dogs are perfect for parties or a quick treat. You can also add half sausage for a Korean-style twist. Enjoy the cheesy goodness!
