Potato Cheese Balls are the perfect crispy, cheesy snack! Start by boiling 3 large potatoes, mash them, and season with salt, pepper, chili flakes, and mixed herbs.


 Add 2 tablespoons of cornflour for binding. Take a small portion of the potato mixture, flatten it, and place a small cube of mozzarella cheese inside. Roll into a ball and seal the edges well.


Repeat with the remaining mix. Dip each ball in a slurry of flour and water, then coat with breadcrumbs. For extra crunch, double-coat by dipping again in the slurry and breadcrumbs.


Chill the balls in the fridge for 15–20 minutes. Heat oil on medium flame and deep fry the balls until golden and crispy.
