How to Make STIR FRY PASTA

                            STIR FRY PASTA

Stir fry pasta is a quick, tasty fusion dish combining the heartiness of pasta with the bold flavors of stir fry. Start by boiling your favorite pasta (spaghetti or penne work well) until al dente, then drain and set aside.

In a large wok or pan, heat 2 tablespoons of oil and sauté chopped garlic, onions, and your choice of protein—chicken, shrimp, or tofu—for 5–7 minutes. Toss in sliced bell peppers, carrots, broccoli, and snap peas. Stir fry for another 3–4 minutes until veggies are tender-crisp.

Add the cooked pasta along with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, and a dash of chili flakes or hot sauce for heat. Stir everything together on high heat for 2–3 minutes. Garnish with spring onions or sesame seeds before serving.

This dish is perfect for a speedy weeknight dinner packed with flavor and texture!
