For a nutritious, delicious meal in under 30 minutes, try this Quick & Easy Chicken and Broccoli recipe! Start by slicing 2 chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.


 Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and a splash of soy sauce. In a large pan, heat 1 tbsp oil and sauté the chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.


In the same pan, add another spoon of oil and toss in 2 cups of broccoli florets. Stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until vibrant and slightly tender. Add the chicken back to the pan and pour in a simple sauce made of 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tsp cornstarch mixed in ¼ cup water, and a dash of honey. Stir everything until coated and the sauce thickens.


Serve hot over rice or noodles for a complete, satisfying dinner!
