Chicken Breast
Season generously with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Heat a little olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear the chicken fillets for 3-4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove the chicken and in the same pan, add a spoon of butter, minced garlic, and a splash of chicken broth or cream. Let it simmer for a minute to create a rich sauce.
Return the chicken to the pan, coat well, and cook for another 2 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley or a squeeze of lemon juice. Serve hot with rice, pasta, or steamed vegetables for a quick, delicious dinner!
