Garlic Butter Steak Bites
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat with a drizzle of oil. Sear the steak bites in batches for about 2-3 minutes per side until golden and cooked to your liking. Remove the steak and in the same pan, melt butter with minced garlic and a sprinkle of chili flakes for a little kick.
Stir in chopped parsley for freshness. Toss the steak bites back into the skillet, coating them in the rich garlic butter sauce. Serve hot with rice, mashed potatoes, or a simple salad for a fast, mouthwatering dinner ready in under 20 minutes!
