🥚 Crispy Fried Egg Manchurian Recipe
Ingredients:
For Fried Eggs:

4 boiled eggs (cut into halves or quarters)

3 tbsp cornflour

2 tbsp all-purpose flour (maida)

½ tsp red chili powder
-
Salt to taste

Water (as needed)

Oil (for deep frying)
For Manchurian Sauce:

2 tbsp oil
-
1 tbsp finely chopped garlic
-
1 tbsp finely chopped ginger
-
1 small onion (finely chopped)
-
1 small capsicum (cubed)
-
2 tbsp spring onion (optional)
-
1 tbsp soy sauce
-
1 tbsp chili sauce
-
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
-
1 tsp vinegar
-
½ tsp black pepper powder
-
½ cup water
-
1 tsp cornflour (mixed with 2 tbsp water)

Salt to taste
🔥 Instructions:
Step 1: Fry the Eggs

In a bowl, mix cornflour, maida, chili powder, and salt.

Add a little water to make a smooth batter.

Coat the boiled egg pieces in the batter.

Deep-fry until golden and crispy. Set aside.
Step 2: Prepare the Manchurian Sauce

Heat oil in a pan or wok.

Add chopped garlic and ginger, sauté till fragrant.

Add onion and capsicum, stir-fry on high flame for 1–2 minutes.

Add soy sauce, chili sauce, ketchup, vinegar, pepper, and salt. Mix well.

Pour in ½ cup water and bring to a boil.

Add the cornflour slurry to thicken the sauce.
Step 3: Combine

Toss in the fried egg pieces and coat well with the sauce.

Garnish with spring onions.
