1. The Classic: Fresh tomato, basil, and the secret touch of garlic spread on bread!
2. Tuscany: Sausage and stracchino cheese (creamy and irresistible)
3. La Pizzaiola: Tomato puree, scamorza cheese, olives, basil (the kids' favorite!)
4. La Rustica: Mushrooms and scamorza (intense and stringy flavour)

📝 INGREDIENTS:
Homemade bread (Tuscan or Apulian type)
Extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper
For the Classic: Ripe red tomatoes or datterini, fresh basil, garlic clove
For Tuscany: Fresh pork sausage, stracchino (or crescenza)
For the Pizzaiola: Tomato puree, scamorza cheese (sweet or smoked), black olives
For the Rustica: Sautéed mushrooms, scamorza cheese.
