Sweet Potato and Chickpea Cakes With Avocado Dip

Ingredients
• 400 g (2 1/2 cups) sweet potatoes
• 1 can of chickpeas (400 g, drained weight 240 g (1 1/2 cups))
• 1 small onion (approx. 80 g (3 oz))
• 2 garlic cloves
• 3 tbsp rolled oats
• 2 tbsp chickpea flour
• 1 tsp paprika
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Some chopped parsley
• 2 tbsp olive oil (2 tbsp)

For the dip:
• 1 ripe avocado
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 garlic clove
• Salt and pepper to taste
