Hello friends! In this video, I'm sharing an ancient Tuscan soup recipe. Tuscan Ribollita is a delicious soup with cavolo nero, Savoy cabbage, and beans. It's the perfect lunch or dinner for the whole family.

 I often make it in the fall and winter. It's a healthy, filling, and completely plant-based dish! This delicious soup is suitable for vegans and vegetarians. 1 onion
2 cloves garlic
2 carrots
1 celery stalk
1 bunch cavolo nero
Half a Savoy cabbage
250 ml tomato puree
4 cherry tomatoes
