Korean Fried Chicken

All purpose flour or maida - ¼ cup
Cornstarch - ¼ cup
Water - ¼ cup
Oil - 1 tbsp
Garlic - 1 tsp (finely chopped)
Gochujang (Korean chilli paste) - 2 tbsp
Ketchup - 2 tbsp
Honey - 2 tbsp
Rice vinegar - 1 tbsp
Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
Brown sugar - 1 tsp
Sesame seeds - ½ tsp
