🛒 INGREDIENTS
For the Kebab Mixture:

• 500g Ground Beef (Medium fat)
• 1 Large Onion
• 2 Fresh Green Peppers
• 2 Cloves of Garlic
• 1/2 Bunch Fresh Parsley (Finely chopped)
• 1 tsp Turkish Pepper Paste (Biber Salçası)
• Red Pepper Flakes, Black Pepper, Sea Salt

For the Wrap:

• 3 Fresh Tortillas or Yufka
• Vegetable Oil

Signature Tomato Sauce:

• 3 tbsp Tomato Paste
• 1.5 tbsp Butter
• 3 tbsp Vegetable Oil
• 1 cup Water (approx. 180ml)
• A pinch of salt

For Serving:

• Thick Turkish Yogurt
• Roasted Tomatoes and Green Peppers
• Melted Butter

👨‍🍳 PREPARATION

Prepare the filling by blending onion, peppers, and garlic. Mix with parsley, ground beef, and spices. Knead thoroughly.

Cook the tomato paste with butter and oil. Add water gradually and simmer until smooth.

Brush yufka lightly with sauce, spread the meat evenly, and roll tightly.

Slice into equal pieces, place on a tray, and brush with oil.

Bake at 180°C (350°F) until golden and fully cooked.

Serve with yogurt, roasted vegetables, and warm tomato sauce.
