chocolate cake recipe
Ingredients: (1cup= 240ml)Flour 200g (1 and 1/3 cups)
Unsweetened cocoa powder 20g (2 tablespoons)
Baking powder 8g (2 teaspoons)
Baking soda 4g (1tsp)
Vanilla 1/2tsp
Sugar 130g (2/3 cup)
Milk 240ml (1 cup)
Oil 80ml (1/3 cup)
Vinegar 1tbsp
21×21cm baking dish
175°C (350°F) bake for 20_25 minutes.
For the chocolate sauce:
Milk 240ml (1 cup)
Sugar 2 tablespoons
Unsweetened cocoa powder 1tbsp
Corn starch 1tbsp
Stir over low heat until thickened.
Milk chocolate 50g
Butter 10g
Pour the warm sauce over the cooled cake.
Grated chocolate
