                    Chatkhara Tawa Qeema Kabab Recipe

Chatkhara Tawa Qeema Kabab is a spicy and flavorful Pakistani dish made from minced meat and bold spices, perfect for any occasion. To prepare, take 500g of minced beef or chicken.

Mix it with finely chopped onions, green chilies, coriander, ginger-garlic paste, salt, red chili flakes, garam masala, crushed cumin, and lemon juice.

Add one egg and a tablespoon of gram flour (besan) to bind the mixture. Let it marinate for 30 minutes.

Heat a flat tawa or pan with a little oil. Shape the qeema mixture into small kababs or patties and cook them on medium heat.

Fry each side until golden brown and fully cooked through, about 4–5 minutes per side. Serve hot with naan, green chutney, or raita for a tangy touch. This dish brings irresistible street-food flavor right to your kitchen.
