Chicken spring rolls are a crispy, flavorful snack perfect for any occasion. To make them, start by cooking 1 cup of minced chicken with garlic, ginger, and soy sauce until fully done.

 Add shredded carrots, cabbage, and spring onions, stir-frying until tender. Season with salt, pepper, and a dash of sesame oil. Let the filling cool.

Take spring roll wrappers, place a spoonful of filling near one corner, fold in the sides, and roll tightly, sealing with a flour-water paste.

 Heat oil in a pan and deep-fry the rolls on medium heat until golden brown and crispy. For a healthier version, brush rolls with oil and bake at 400°F (200°C) for 15–20 minutes or air-fry at 375°F (190°C) for 10–12 minutes.

Serve hot with sweet chili sauce or soy dip. These spring rolls are ideal as appetizers or party snacks, offering a satisfying crunch and savory flavor.
