EGG TIKKA MASALA CURRY

                                                    Egg  Masala Curry

**Egg Tikka Masala Curry** is a flavorful Indian-style dish where hard-boiled eggs are simmered in a rich, spicy tomato-based gravy. To prepare, start by boiling 6 eggs, peel and lightly score them. In a pan, shallow fry the eggs with a pinch of turmeric and chili powder until golden. Set aside.

For the masala, heat oil in a pan and sauté chopped onions until golden. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook well. Stir in pureed tomatoes, turmeric, red chili powder, coriander, and garam masala. Cook the mixture until oil separates. Add a splash of cream or yogurt for richness, and season with salt.

Add the fried eggs to the curry and simmer for 5–7 minutes, allowing the eggs to absorb the flavors. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves. Serve hot with naan, roti, or steamed basmati rice for a comforting, protein-rich meal packed with spice and depth.
