Chicken Fry
This Chatpata Chilli Chicken Fry is a mouthwatering fusion of Indo-Chinese flavors with a spicy Indian twist! Start by marinating 500g of boneless chicken in ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric, soy sauce, and lemon juice for 30 minutes.
Coat the marinated chicken in cornflour and rice flour for a crispy texture.
Heat oil in a deep pan and fry the chicken until golden and crisp. In another pan, sauté chopped garlic, green chilies, and onions in a little oil.
Add capsicum and cook briefly to retain crunch. Stir in soy sauce, red chili sauce, vinegar, and a pinch of sugar for balance. Toss in the fried chicken and coat well.
