GARLIC CHICKEN RECIPE
Butter Garlic Chicken is a flavorful, easy-to-make dish perfect for lunch or dinner. To prepare, start with 500g of boneless chicken, cut into cubes. Marinate it with salt, pepper, a bit of lemon juice, and 1 tsp of ginger-garlic paste. Let it rest for 20 minutes.
In a pan, heat 2 tbsp of butter and 1 tbsp of oil. Add 6-7 finely chopped garlic cloves and sauté until golden. Add the marinated chicken and cook on medium heat until it's golden and cooked through. Toss in a pinch of chili flakes and mix well.
Finish by adding another tablespoon of butter, a sprinkle of dried herbs (like parsley or oregano), and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes. Garnish with chopped coriander or spring onions.
