                 CHICKEN HANDI RECIPE 


Craving restaurant-style Chicken Handi at home? This creamy, flavorful dish is easier than you think! Start by heating oil and ghee in a handi (or deep pan), sauté 1 chopped onion until golden.


 Add ginger-garlic paste and cook until aromatic. Toss in 500g boneless chicken pieces and cook until white. Add salt, red chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder, and garam masala. Cook until spices coat the chicken.


Now, add 2 pureed tomatoes and cook until oil separates. Mix in ½ cup whisked yogurt and cook on low heat, stirring continuously to avoid curdling. Add ¼ cup cream for that rich restaurant touch. Simmer covered for 10 minutes until chicken is tender and gravy thickens.


Finish with chopped green chilies, fresh coriander, and a squeeze of lemon. Serve hot with naan or jeera rice. This Chicken Handi is creamy, spicy, and absolutely indulgent!
