Potato Roll Samosa

In a pan, heat oil, add cumin seeds, chopped green chilies, ginger, and onions. Sauté, then add turmeric, garam masala, red chili powder, and salt. Mix in the mashed potatoes with chopped coriander and lemon juice.
For the dough, mix 1½ cups all-purpose flour, 2 tbsp oil, and a pinch of salt. Add water slowly and knead into a firm dough. Roll out a thin sheet, spread the potato filling evenly, and roll it tightly like a log. Slice into 1-inch pinwheels and press lightly.
