Potato Cheese Donuts
Craving donuts but want something unique? Try these Potato Cheese Donuts—crispy outside, soft and cheesy inside, and made without flour! Start by boiling 3 large potatoes until soft. Peel and mash them well. Add 1 cup of grated cheese (mozzarella or cheddar), 1 egg, 2 tablespoons of corn starch, salt, pepper, and herbs of your choice. Mix into a smooth dough.
Shape the dough into donut rings using your hands or a donut cutter. If it's too sticky, lightly oil your hands. Heat oil in a deep pan and fry the donuts over medium heat until golden brown and crispy.
