This easy chicken recipe is a weekend favorite! Start by marinating 500g of boneless chicken with 1 tsp garlic paste, 1 tsp paprika, 1/2 tsp black pepper, salt, juice of half a lemon, and 2 tbsp yogurt.
Let it sit for 15–30 minutes. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan, add the marinated chicken, and cook on medium heat for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Once the chicken is tender and golden, toss in sliced bell peppers and onions for a burst of flavor and crunch. Cook for another 3 minutes until the veggies are slightly tender. Garnish with chopped coriander and a squeeze of lemon juice.
